A recognition tool has three different users: the organiser, the writer and the recipient. Check each part before choosing it for your company.

Start with the recipient
Read a finished card on a phone. Check whether the messages are signed and easy to read, rather than starting with the administrator’s feature list.

Check the guest experience
Contributors write in a browser without creating an account. Think about colleagues who are on shift, work remotely or do not use your company dashboard.

Find the review folder
AI can flag a note wrongly. Managers and admins need a clear way to restore or delete it before the company card stops taking writing.

Check the dates you already hold
BambooHR can supply dates for repeated occasions. If you use it, review the supported integration and the fields you are choosing to share.

Compare the actual buying routes
Use one card without an account for an occasional thank you. Compare company plans when you want birthdays, anniversaries, welcomes and leavers managed regularly.

The check looks for threats, abuse, sexual content, spam and exposed private details. Flagged notes are kept off the card for a person to review.

Company cards have a spam folder for managers and admins. On a card bought without an account, the creator reviews set aside notes through their manage link.
The limits are clear
AI can miss a note or flag one wrongly. If the check is unavailable, writing still works.
