1. tbf work
  2. Slack

Group cards,
started in Slack.

tbf work connects to Slack. You import your people from Slack, start a card there, and each colleague gets their invitation as a Slack message.

They write in a browser, and the card is sent on the day.

Slack is on the Team plan and above.

  1. 01

    Connect Slack.

An admin adds tbf work to the workspace and imports people from it.

  2. 02

    Start a card.

Pick the person, the occasion and the date, without leaving Slack.

  3. 03

    Everyone is asked in Slack.

Each colleague gets a message with their own link, and one reminder.

Why not a birthday bot

A birthday bot posts in a channel and the thread fills with the same two words. The person scrolls past it by lunch.

A card asks each colleague privately for something of their own, and gives the person all of it at once, to keep.
