Questions
Which occasions?
Whichever you switch on. Birthdays and work anniversaries repeat every year from the dates your HR system holds. Leaving uses the date it records. Anything else, you add by hand.
Who reads the messages?
The person they are for. A manager sees who wrote and when. An admin can open a whole card to everyone who wrote, or to everyone at the company, in Settings.
What if somebody was let go?
The card is held until an admin releases it, and you can turn that off. We never store why anyone left.
Does anyone need the app?
No. The link works on any phone.
Can colleagues in different countries use it?
Yes. Colleagues write through a browser link, wherever they work. The recipient reads through a browser too.
What do you keep?
Names, work emails, the dates of the occasions you switched on and the circle, for ninety days after the date. Then it is gone.
