What if we go over the allowance?
You pay the card price on your next invoice. Nothing stops and nothing is held back.
On a yearly plan, is the allowance monthly?
No. A yearly plan counts the cards for the year, so a busy month costs nothing extra if a quiet one made up for it.
What happens if a payment fails?
Every card already sent keeps working. New cards wait until it is paid.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Bank transfer, 30 days, with your purchase order number on it.
Can we change plan?
Monthly to yearly at any time. Yearly to monthly at renewal.
Prices do not include VAT. Other currencies are converted at checkout.
