What we read, and what we do not
We read names, work email addresses, managers, departments, dates of birth, start dates, leaving dates and the leaving type.
Nothing about pay, performance or absence.
When somebody is let go, the card is held until an admin releases it. We never store why anyone left.

BambooHR holds the dates and can announce them. tbf work reads those dates and turns each one into a group card from the team.
How do I automate work anniversary cards from BambooHR?
Connect BambooHR in Settings. A card starts before each work anniversary, the team is asked, and it is sent on the day, every year.
What happens when an employee is terminated in BambooHR?
A leaving card starts when the leaving date is saved. If the person was let go, the card is held until an admin releases it.
